Barbour County Elementary School is proud to welcome Mrs. Jennifer Creech as our new Academic Interventionist!
Mrs. Creech brings 18 years of experience in education and a strong commitment to supporting student growth and success. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Alabama State University and her Master of Science from Troy University. In 2023, she was honored as Teacher of the Year and is LETRS certified, which has deepened her expertise in literacy instruction and intervention.
Mrs. Creech shared, “I am excited to serve as the Academic Interventionist at Barbour County Elementary School. I look forward to working alongside the dedicated staff, students, and families at BCES. Go Jaguars!”

Let us start the year by getting our students excited about attending school! Studies show that chronic absences create “educational gaps,” which hinder student success. Throughout the month, we will discuss the importance of coming to school with some fun-filled activities! We encourage you to have your child wear BLUE on Fridays to show school pride and their passion for attendance!
