The Vision of the Barbour County Intermediate School Media Center is to be a library flowing with collaboration, curiosity, adaptability, and critical inquiry.
We have paperback books, hardcover books, chromebooks, headphones, and other resources.
Circulation Procedures
Students may check out two book at a time. Students in grades 5th-6th can check out three books.
Do not check out a book for another student.
Students are responsible for items that are checked out in their names.
Students with overdue books will not be allowed to check another item out.

Encyclopedia of Alabama
The Encyclopedia of Alabama is a free, online reference resource on Alabama’s history, culture, geography, and natural environment. It was developed by the Alabama Humanities Foundation and Auburn University with generous financial support from across the state. Auburn University hosts EOA's editorial office through the Office of University Outreach, in partnership with University Libraries and the Office of Information Technology.
